As the Alberta Party prepares for the 2023 election, we are listening.

Interim leader, Jacquie Fenske, has announced that there will be policy conventions leading to the Alberta Party platform for the 2023 election.

These policies will come from the grassroots of the party – the constituency associations.

We have recognized that issues do not end at the border of a constituency. While policies or decisions may be specific to a community, the results often affect most Albertans.

We believe that one of those issues is the proposed Grassy Mountain Coal Project.

While the proposed mine is located in the Livingstone-Macleod constituency, the project and the policy behind it affect all Albertans.

We invite you to join us on Tuesday, Jan. 19, from 7-8 p.m., when we will be discussing this project.

Larry Whan, local small business owner and founder of https://www.stopcrowsnestmines.org, will be sharing his views.

To register, visit the Alberta Party website, Alberta SW Super CA Meeting – Alberta Party

In the interim, if you have questions about the Alberta Party or would like to get more involved, please do not hesitate to contact us.
